Kolpin and O’Connor Global Consultants (KOGC) is an international firm that specializes in supporting universities and businesses to maximize equity and inclusion for all members of an organization. Dr. O’Connor and Dr. Kolpin are Co-CEOs and provide dynamic leadership for the team that is composed of 15 associate consultants from around the world. Over 20 languages are spoken and we are a highly diverse group of professionals with many years of experience.
KOGC assists educational institutions to enhance and/or create an Office of Accessible Education (OAE). Inclusiveness and accessibility in education and business environments is one of several goals for the KOGC team and supports students and employees to have a higher rate of retention and successful completion of projects.

KOGC also provides mental health consultation services and crisis response plans for universities, schools, and businesses and has experience working with students and employees of all ages. Read more about the services we offer
KOGC provides support in the development and guidance of grants, negotiations with NGOs, and potential international donors. At this time, KOGC is working with universities and businesses in Africa, the middle east, and Asia. Pro-bono work currently includes providing mental health consultation services for Afghan refugees/evacuees who have been displaced and are now living abroad.
