Dr Bunsung Heng has been working in the tourism industry in Cambodia for more than 16 years. He has an MBA and a Ph.D in Tourism Management. He has two undergraduate degrees: Tourism and Hospitality Management, and Arts of English Teaching.  

Bunsung has been teaching and researching at universities in Cambodia since 2013 alongside his role as a qualified tour guide. He specialises in widening participation, working for an American NGO in Siem Reap, Cambodia, encouraging and inspiring children to pursue higher education. Inspired by his own experiences of losing his parents during the Cambodian Civil War, and witnessing first hand the devastation the war caused, Bunsung works tirelessly to improve the lives of those affected by war.   

Alongside his teaching and consultancy work, Bunsung continues to publish academic articles in national and international journals.
