After completing the a BSc in Marketing and the Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration, Isanka P.Gamage Co-founded the International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), He is currently the Managing Director of TIIKM in Sri Lanka.  
Isanka is the founding manager of three international journals and has served as the Conference Convener for over 125 international Conferences across Asia, including countries such as Sri Lanka, China, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand. His work here underpins his ambition to revolutionize the research culture within the Asian continent. 

Isanka is currently the Conference Convener of the World Conference on Disability and Rehabilitation, which aims to advance and promote equity and accessibility for disabled people around the world.
